Product Overview

ERP is a core product launched by Burgeon Technology for brand clients mainly in the retail industry. It helps brands achieve efficient and intelligent full‑process merchandise management covering finished‑goods warehousing, distribution, retail, returns and settlement. The system covers multi‑level organizations including group headquarters, distributors and directly‑operated stores, and supports full‑link business scenarios such as allocation, stock deployment, transfer and retail.

Allocation & Replenishment Business

ERP connects the dual links of directly‑operated and franchise channels. The group headquarters conducts overall management of stock deployment and goods allocation. Direct warehouses support transfer and automatic sales‑driven replenishment. Flexible transfers are available between distributor stores to realize efficient merchandise circulation from headquarters to end customers. The system supports multiple modes including store‑warehouse‑based allocation, multi‑store‑warehouse‑address‑based allocation, carton‑based allocation management, and store‑warehouse‑carton‑based allocation. It is equipped with inspection, packing and scanning details for outbound packing lists and inbound packing lists to ensure full‑traceability of the entire allocation process.

Intelligent Stock Deployment

For scenarios of new store opening and new product launch, ERP provides intelligent stock deployment capabilities: stock deployment time and base‑stock package quantity can be configured uniformly according to store grade and product grade to complete stock deployment automatically. Built‑in intelligent algorithms adopt the model definition of "Store + Style + Base‑stock Package = Stock Deployment Result / Store Sales Volume". After execution, stock deployment results are output automatically. It supports three deployment modes: by store, by style number and by carton, to flexibly adapt to diverse business requirements.

Store Management

ERP delivers comprehensive operation management capabilities for stores. The adjacent‑store inventory query function enables real‑time view of inventory of neighboring stores on POS terminals to improve cross‑store collaboration efficiency. The retail closing function standardizes shift‑handover procedures and records on‑duty sales performance of sales associates as well as float fund changes. Daily and monthly closing realizes account locking with no supplementary order entry allowed to guarantee standardized management of retail data. Daily, weekly and monthly reports support multi‑dimensional data analysis on sales, merchandise and members by time, with multiple visualization forms including pie charts, bar charts and line charts.

Store Manager Dashboard

ERP provides a one‑stop aggregated analysis platform for store managers, covering data analysis in daily, weekly and monthly dimensions, including store KPIs and their completion status, transaction amount / quantity / order count, average customer order value, attach‑rate, member conversion rate and other key business indicators. Meanwhile, it integrates functions such as to‑do reminders, employee performance analysis, best‑selling & slow‑moving merchandise ranking and follow‑up visit lists, assisting store managers in scientific decision‑making and refined store operations.

System Architecture

ERP adopts a stable and reliable technical architecture. It supports QR‑code‑based login via WeChat, DingTalk and WeCom. It is compatible with Oracle 19C database. Session design is reconstructed to optimize user session management. Database connection pool and cache engine are replaced to enhance system stability. UI revamp and introduction of customized pages balance user experience and custom development requirements.
