Account Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve individual sales targets in accordance with company plans.

2. Actively explore new markets and acquire new customers to expand business volume, aligned with the company's market strategy.

3. Independently visit clients to understand their core business needs.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and consultations, prepare proposals and bid documents, and handle business negotiations with clients.

Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the technical architecture design, development, and optimization of the company's core products or platforms, solving high-complexity technical challenges.

2. Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology trends, conducting feasibility research and hands-on practice in areas such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence.

3. Assist the CTO in technology roadmap planning, participating in technical feasibility analysis and prototype development for key decisions.

4. Drive team technical growth by empowering members through knowledge sharing sessions and code reviews.

5. Take full-cycle technical ownership of key projects, ensuring high performance, high availability, and scalability of the system.

Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Gain in-depth understanding of the company's products and technologies to help customers and partners recognize the value of Burgeon's offerings.

2. Responsible for customer PS (Professional Services) support, including but not limited to: installation and implementation, upgrades, routine inspections, and V2V migration.

3. Record customer case information into the system.

4. Collect customer requirements and application scenarios, providing feedback on product features and case studies.

5. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company.

Presales Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Gain in-depth understanding of the company's products and technologies to help customers and partners recognize the value of Burgeon's offerings.

2. Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including product presentations, technical discussions, and requirement collection.

3. Responsible for Burgeon product POC, pre-sales documentation, and bid proposal/bidding processes.

4. Produce various sales enablement tools and documentation.

5. Train partner engineers on Beijun products and solutions.

Senior Software Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the entire product feature development lifecycle: join requirement discussions and analysis, review technical design proposals, design functional test cases, execute tests, report and track bugs. Work closely with developers to ensure product iteration quality.

2. Based on the company's existing automation testing framework, automate product functional test cases to continuously increase the test automation ratio.

3. Independently take responsibility for the iterative testing quality assurance of a specific software product, including creating test plans, assigning and scheduling testing tasks, and generating test reports.

After-Sales Engineer​

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for post-sales implementation of Burgeon products, including deployment and debugging, consulting and training, technical support, and troubleshooting, ensuring successful project delivery.

2. Engage in technical communication with customers, prepare proposals, and conduct in-depth discussions to resolve issues.

3. Handle customer issues on-site and provide efficient after-sales service.

4. Maintain continuous and effective communication with customers to enhance satisfaction.

5. Understand customer business needs, assist the pre-sales team in providing solutions and technical recommendations, complete testing, and submit reports.

6. Collect product feedback and collaborate with product managers to drive quality improvements.
