Sun Yihui, Chairman of Burgeon, shared Practical Cases of High-Net-Worth Clients and conducted an in-depth breakdown of the signing journey for benchmark projects.

Mr. Sun stated frankly that the core of high-net-worth projects does not lie in price competition. Instead, enterprises should take the initiative to deliver holistic solutions to occupy the high ground of professionalism, conduct thorough research on clients’ pain points to win their recognition, and enable clients to perceive professional value beyond pricing. Amid the industry downturn, in-depth cultivation of premium existing clients and exploration into new industries constitute the two pillars sustaining continuous channel growth.

Yan Wei, Co-President of Burgeon, shared practical methodologies for AI-powered private domain operations under the theme “How One Person Drives RMB 1 Billion GMV”. He pointed out that in the stock era with fading traffic dividends, brand private domain management is plagued by three major pain points: insufficient operational capacity, poor user experience and low conversion rates.

Mr. Yan introduced that Burgeon has developed an AI private domain agent named Guanguan, trained with practical operation data accumulated over five years representing RMB 5 billion GMV. It delivers a hundredfold boost in efficiency, tenfold improvement in user experience and doubled conversion rates. Verified through deployments for multiple brands, Guanguan empowers brands to realize full-link intelligent operations spanning from public domain to private domain.

Chen Yulu, CTO of Burgeon, delivered a detailed introduction to UnionStar, the enterprise-grade AI Agent Platform, bringing the summit to its climax.

He emphasized that UnionStar is not merely a chatbot, but an AI operation gateway for enterprises. It establishes a progressive implementation path covering daily employee productivity enhancement, business closed-loop within individual systems, and cross-system comprehensive collaboration.

The core proposition of UnionStar is to enable AI to engage with concrete work objectives, coordinate relevant personnel, drive workflows, and generate deliverable and reviewable outcomes. Its value lies not in the volume of questions answered, but in the real tasks undertaken and tangible results produced.

Guided by this philosophy, UnionStar facilitates genuine enterprise AI implementation across five dimensions: adoption, operation, governance, knowledge accumulation, and operable digital employees.
