Founded in 1980, Kangnai Group stands as a pacesetter in China's leather shoe industry and a benchmark for high-end leather shoe manufacturing. With digital transformation, omnichannel integration, and immersive consumption scenarios as its strategic core, the brand keeps pace with the changing times.
At a time when Kangnai is actively deepening its omnichannel business layout and accelerating market expansion, having a mature, well-established system to efficiently support the entire business process has undoubtedly become an indispensable core requirement. Introducing such a system is not only key to improving business efficiency but also a vital part of Kangnai's long-term strategic development.
In the online space, leveraging the Burgeon Lark e-commerce system, Kangnai achieves unified management of multi-platform online stores, meeting the diverse new requirements of e-commerce and injecting fresh vitality into the brand.
In the offline space, relying on the advanced algorithms of Burgeon's Multi-Cloud Warehouse management, Kangnai gains powerful support for offline store inventory operations, ensuring that store merchandise can accurately and efficiently fulfill orders from both online and in-store channels, thereby achieving synchronized inventory across all domains and improving overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Intelligent Monitoring Safeguards – No Orders Left Behind
Facing a diversified online market layout and booming business, Kangnai has successfully expanded into over ten major e-commerce platforms—including Taobao, JD.com, Vipshop, Pinduoduo, Haoyiku, and Douyin—operating nearly 30 premium online stores with steadily rising daily order volumes. Under such a massive online business scale and complex operational environment, the Burgeon Lark e-commerce management system provides solid backing for Kangnai's online operations.
Before implementing the Lark system, Kangnai had to rely on manual checks of store authorization periods to ensure seamless order retrieval from platforms. Now, with Lark's preset store expiry reminder feature, the system sends alerts seven days before authorization expires to notify relevant personnel, eliminating the risk of missed orders due to expired authorizations.
In addition, Lark supports system-wide business alerts. When anomalies occur in stores, orders, products, or inventory, the system monitors and displays them on the homepage dashboard. Through configured notification methods—SMS, email, and in-system alerts—relevant personnel can promptly identify and locate issues, addressing them in time to prevent financial losses. The introduction of Burgeon Lark not only enhances Kangnai's operational efficiency but also provides a solid guarantee for business security.
Riding the Digital Wave, Capturing Live Commerce Dividends
As early as 2016—the breakout year for live streaming—Kangnai boldly ventured into the "live streaming + interactive commerce" path, becoming the first brand in the footwear industry to disrupt traditional marketing by piloting live-stream sales, partnering with major e-commerce platforms to drive traffic directly to its Tmall flagship store.
With the rise of live-commerce, Kangnai uses Lark's live-stream module to automatically identify platform streamer IDs when downloading orders, effectively solving the problem where some platforms do not provide streamer information in live order data. Additionally, Lark's live-stream module offers flexible streamer profile and session information settings, automatically identifying live orders and recording streamer details in detail—greatly simplifying commission settlement with streamers and supporting live sales data analytics.
Multi-Cloud Warehouse Model – Bridging Online and Offline
With 43 years of entrepreneurial history, Kangnai has footprints across the nation with up to 3,000 offline specialty stores, actively embracing the digital wave and leveraging new thinking to achieve new leaps. In 2022, Kangnai opened its first digital-intelligence store in Wenzhou, featuring the latest 5G digital foot measurement scanner. Customers can customize products based on their preferences and needs, scan QR codes in-store, and enter the cloud store for self-service shopping.
However, different brands or channel cloud stores have significant differences in the products and supply ratios provided by offline stores. Poor management can easily lead to uneven inventory distribution—channel A running out of stock while channel B faces overstock. To avoid this and optimize inventory management, Burgeon built a Multi-Cloud Warehouse solution for Kangnai.
With Burgeon's Multi-Cloud Warehouse, Kangnai can flexibly manage multiple cloud warehouses—including the Kangnai Cloud Warehouse, Online Cloud Warehouse, and Douyin Cloud Warehouse. In practical scenarios, the same offline store's products can have their supply ratios flexibly adjusted based on different channel needs. For example, the Tmall channel may require 70% supply, while the Douyin channel needs 50%. Using Burgeon's Multi-Cloud Warehouse inventory synchronization mechanism, Kangnai can easily achieve this supply ratio adjustment, ensuring each channel's inventory needs are met and greatly improving inventory management efficiency.
Co-building the Digital Path
The partnership between Burgeon and Kangnai began in 2019. Leveraging its deep technical expertise and extensive industry experience, Burgeon provides robust digital support to help Kangnai navigate fierce market competition with steady momentum.
Burgeon has always been committed to driving digitalization to fuel brand performance growth, leveraging its leading technology and practical experience in enterprise digital transformation.
